Originally an elementary school teacher in Tennessee, where she went to college, Charlene loves the teaching aspect of working with 1st time Buyers. Everyone deserves a decent place to live and one that meets as many of their wants and needs as possible. That is what she strives to help them obtain. Explaining what the market is doing and helping Buyers to prioritize their "must haves" is all part of being successful in doing what she loves, helping people. Whether you have bought & sold multiple homes or it's your first time buying she would love to help you in the Lakes Region or Southern NH with your purchase.
But working with Buyers is only part of what Charlene does best. Marketing her client's home so they get the most money, with the least amount of stress & inconvenience, is Charlene's goal when she works with Sellers. Knowing the market & keeping up with current trends and pricing is an ongoing effort that pays off for her sellers.
When she's not working, Charlene enjoys photography, traveling, boating & reading. She hopes to someday retire at the Lakes Region where her family recently built a new home.Family is the most important thing to her. Her family consists of three wonderful adult children: Stephanie, Kimberly and Gregory. Stephanie is in Olympia,WA working to help the homeless find new places to live, having finished up her masters in Sociology at Portland State Un. Kimberly, was recently married to Mike Harte. She is a graduate of UN of IL with her masters in Environmental Engineering and they live in Seattle where she is working for an Environmental Consulting company. Gregory can be seen at Boston area venues getting his music career off the ground with his band "Melodeego"and raising awareness about Climate Change, having received a performance degree on the Bass at Berklee School of Music. Education is an important part of their lives and she & her husband David feel strongly about encouraging their children to be all that they can be.
