< Return to Our Executive Team

As president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, Villani oversees the daily operations of the company’s approximately 80 real estate offices and more than 4,000 sales associates and employees in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine.

Villani became president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England in January 2012 after serving as the company’s senior vice president and general sales manager. In her prior position, Villani worked closely with the company’s regional vice presidents throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine to oversee sales operations and focus on the organization’s growth and business development.

Over the course of her 30-year real estate career, Villani has served as a sales associate, office manager, broker owner, regional manager and corporate executive.

She began her real estate career in 1978 as a sales associate assisting homebuyers and sellers in Hingham and the surrounding communities. In 1984, she and three partners purchased a real estate firm in Hingham and tripled its sales within four years.

After selling her ownership stake in the company and taking a short break from her career, Villani joined the former The DeWolfe Cos. At DeWolfe, Villani managed a top-producing office, and was later promoted to regional manager, and sales manager for Coldwell Banker Hunneman. (The DeWolfe Cos. and Coldwell Banker Hunneman merged to form Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2002.)

As sales manager of Coldwell Banker’s Hingham office, she oversaw the sales and operations for more than 70 sales associates and staff. Under her leadership, the Hingham Coldwell Banker office consistently ranked as the top sales office in that community.

She was soon promoted to regional vice president for the company’s Central South region, which encompasses 16 sales offices with approximately 800 sales associates serving southeastern Massachusetts, a position she held for five years.

With the same enthusiasm and dedication she demonstrates in the business world, Villani supports community organizations that help individuals overcome personal challenges.

She has been an ardent champion of several nonprofit organizations including The Home for Little Wanderers and the Perkins School for the Blind and oversees the Advisory Committee of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England.

Every year, Villani personally donates hundreds of toys and gifts to the residents The Home for Little Wanderers Southeast Campus, a residential day and summer school for academically and emotionally challenged adolescent boys.

Villani is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. She previously served on the board of directors of MLS-Property Information Network, and was actively involved with the Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors and the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.

She resides in Hingham with her family.
