As president, Villani oversees the daily operations of the company's 90 real estate offices and more than 4,000 sales associates and employees throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine.
Villani most recently served as the company’s senior vice president and general sales manager. In that position, she worked closely with the company’s regional vice presidents throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine to oversee sales operations and focus on the organization’s growth and business development.
Over the course of her 30-year real estate career, Villani has served as a sales associate, office manager, broker owner, regional manager and corporate executive.
She began her real estate career in 1978 as a sales associate serving Hingham, Mass., and the surrounding communities. In 1984, she and three partners purchased a real estate firm in Hingham and tripled its sales within four years. Villani later served as sales manager of a top-producing office at DeWolfe New England, and as regional manager, and sales manager for Coldwell Banker Hunneman.
Villani joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 1996 as sales manager of the company’s Hingham office, overseeing the sales and operations for more than 70 sales associates and staff. Under her leadership, the Hingham Coldwell Banker office consistently ranked as the top sales office in that community.
She was soon promoted to regional vice president for the company’s Central South region, which encompasses 16 sales offices with approximately 800 sales associates serving southeastern Massachusetts, a position she held for five years.
As an active member of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England, she has supported several nonprofit organizations including The Home for Little Wanderers. Villani is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. She has also served on the board of directors of MLS-PIN, and was actively involved with the Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors and the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.
She resides in Hingham with her family.
