Daphna Fields was named regional vice president of the
Coldwell Banker Residential Metro West/Western Massachusetts region in 2015. As
regional vice president, Fields is responsible for overseeing the daily
operations of the company’s 21 offices with approximately 900 sales associates
and staff in communities west of Boston.
Prior to this role, Fields served as regional vice president
of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Boston Metro Region, overseeing
the company’s 16 branch offices within the core metropolitan Boston area,
including downtown Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Wellesley and Weston.
Fields previously served as sales manager of the company’s
Jamaica Plain and Waltham
offices. She began her real estate career as a sales associate in the Westwood
offices of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
As sales manager, Fields was awarded the prestigious
President’s Council award for four consecutive years. This highly coveted honor recognizes managers
in the NRT network of real estate offices who demonstrate exemplary leadership
and management skills. In 2011, Fields was one of 146 managers recognized nationwide
in the NRT network. There are more than 700 offices that are part of NRT, the
nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company.
She is a member of Coldwell Banker Residential
Brokerage Cares, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in
New England, and is also a member of the board of directors of the
Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Fields received a
Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University and Master of Fine Arts from Brandeis University.
She resides in Needham with her family.
