Merit McIntyre was appointed regional vice president of the
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Boston Metro region in 2015. As regional
vice president, McIntyre is responsible for overseeing the 15 branch offices in
the core Boston metropolitan region, including downtown Boston, Cambridge,
Brookline, Newton, Wellesley and Weston.
Before being named regional vice president of the Boston
metro region, McIntyre served as regional vice president of the company’s 13
branch offices in Maine and New Hampshire for the past three years.
A licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and New
Hampshire, McIntyre joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2002 as a
sales associate in the company’s Haverhill office. Within a short time, he was
promoted to vice president and sales manager of the Tewksbury office of
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where he oversaw the day-to-day sales
and operations of 57 sales associates. In his role as sales manager, McIntyre
successfully helped his sales team grow its business and increase sales.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage,
McIntyre was affiliated with Coldwell Banker Hunneman King Davis in Haverhill.
left Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage to venture into commercial real
estate. Before being appointed regional vice president at Coldwell Banker
Residential Brokerage in New England, McIntyre served as managing partner of
NorthWay Commercial Brokerage in Haverhill and principal of McIntyre, Day &
Co., a private investment firm that purchases and redevelops commercial real
estate in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
A graduate of Harvard
University, McIntyre has been a frequent speaker at professional conferences
and programs. He is active in several community organizations, including Mass
General Hospital’s Home Base Relief Team and the Veterans’ Count Club of New
McIntyre resides in
Haverhill with his family.
