Education & Career Development for our Sales Associates

In the Education & Career Development department of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage we are dedicated to providing a positive learning environment that fosters personal and professional growth. We meet the needs of our Associates through the variety of programs listed below, offered in our many training centers throughout New England.

Our instructors all have Real Estate Experience, with significant credentials and industry designations and are committed to delivering unsurpassed client level service to our Associates, Managers and Employees.
The Education & Career Development department also supports the professional development of our Associates through several Manager-focused programs to ensure that our company is always at the cutting edge. An example of such a program is the Business Development Program that our Managers implement at our sales offices allowing them to take their Associates to the next level through individual business coaching sessions and in office sales training. All of this is in addition to all of the training offered by the company and at no cost to the Sales Associate. At Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, we are committed to your success.
