Angela is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Education and Career Development Department in Central New England, including management of Sales Faculty, Adjunct Instructors and Administrative staff, design, development and delivery of Sales Education Programs. Angela is an Integrity Selling Certified Facilitator and holds several national designations.
Angela has worked as a consistently top producing Real Estate Sales Associate in the Metro Boston market place. Before entering the real estate industry, Angela worked as a Change Management Consultant for Accenture where she designed and developed Education Programs and Communication Initiatives for Fortune 500 client companies.
Angela started her career in mental health as a manager and clinician. She holds an MA with a mental health specialty from Drexel University and was in the process of completing a second Masters degree in Instructional Systems Design and Development at Penn State when she was recruited to work for Accenture.
Angela's passion for learning and continuous improvement is surpassed only by her commitment to the development and success of our Managers and Sales Associates.

Don Turner joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2003 as Regional Training Manager for Northern New England. Don is responsible for the on-going operations of Training and Education throughout Maine and New Hampshire. Prior to 2002, Don served as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Director of Operations, Eastern Region, for Prudential Real Estate. Included in the scope of these positions, Don provided Business Consulting and Training Services to members of the Prudential Real Estate system. Before joining Prudential, Turner owned and operated Century 21 Turner Realty a multi-office real estate company in Southern Maine.

Court Dwyer was named as Manager of Technology Training in 2001. Court's responsibilities include technology class development and delivery, in-office technology programs, management training and oversight of the Adjunct Technology Trainers. With over 25 years in the high-tech industry, 13 years in services ancillary to real estate and over 6 years teaching technology to the real estate industry, Court is well positioned to instruct our agents and managers in technology initiatives. Court is currently a student himself having gone back to school as a candidate for his Masters in Education.

Ken Kemp is a Real Estate Instructor and began working with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2005. Ken teaches New Agent and Continuing Education courses for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Ken is also an instructor for the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Real Estate School, where he teaches Pre-License and Broker's License courses. Ken has worked in the Real Estate Industry since 1992 in sales, appraisals and instruction. Ken was one of the first instructors to be approved by the state under their new guidelines for real estate instructors.

Wendy Wagenbach joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2006, accepting the position as Regional Trainer in Rhode Island. Wendy's responsibilities include course development as well as facilitation of training programs for both new and experienced agents. Previously, Wendy was the Vice President of Sales, office manager, trainer and sales agent for a Rhode Island based real estate agency. She has 15 years experience in management, sales, training, customer service and recruiting in the real estate and hospitality industries.

Cindy joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2003 as a Technology Trainer. Cindy is responsible for the development and delivery of Education and Career Development courses, focusing primarily on technology in Northern New England. Cindy began working in the real estate industry in 1987 for Mark Stimson Associates in Portland, ME. Throughout her career with that company she moved from the role of Commissions Specialist up to Information Systems Manager. In 1999 she transitioned into a position with DeWolfe Real Estate as a full-time technology trainer supporting the New England region.

Sue Morgan was named Project Manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Real Estate School in February 2005. Sue is responsible for the operations of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Real Estate School which offers licensing and continuing education programs to the public and real estate agents throughout New England. Sue has worked in the real estate industry since 1989 and has specialized in Real Estate licensing since 1994.

Jenn Picard was named Training Coordinator for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2006. Jenn is responsible for the scheduling and coordination of CEU and Designation Programs, as well as enrollment and attendance tracking and field support related to educational programs and tools. Prior to joining CBRB Jenn worked as Administrative Assistant to the Treasurer in the office of the United Methodist Bishop. Jenn brings with her over 20 years of administrative experience which includes a background in administration for the real estate industry as well as past experience as a training coordinator.

Jessica brings to her role past customer service and sales administration experience as well as an Associates Degree in Television/Radio Production and Broadcasting.

Jean Fitzgerald is a Real Estate Instructor and began working with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2005. Jean teaches national designation and CEU courses for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and its Real Estate School. Jean has been in the real estate business since 1977 as a sales associate, a sales manager, the general manager of a multi-office corporation, and the proprietor of a real estate company. Jean brings an incredible enthusiasm and 30 years of experience and knowledge to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Edie Hyland has been a Real Estate Instructor for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since 2005. Edie teaches Continuing Education courses for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and its Real Estate School. Edie has been in the real estate business for the last 40 years and shares that experience with through licensing and continuing education classes. Edie's previous experience includes brokering a gated community for Sun Oil in Florida ; commercial real estate for marinas and manufactured home parks, and managing and directing real estate offices.

Yvonne Price is a licensed Real Estate Educator who began teaching Real Estate Salesperson, Broker and Continuing Education Courses with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2007. Yvonne also has advanced designations of Senior Real Estate Specialist and Certified Buyer Representative. Yvonne holds a Brokers license in Massachusetts and is a REALTOR® in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Scituate office. She has the Graduate Realtor Institute designation and is a Dean for the MAR Graduate Realtor Institute. Yvonne brings 30 years of sales and sales training experience with her as well as a degree in Education. She is on the Board of Directors for the Plymouth and South Shore Association of REALTORS®. Yvonne is also active in the community as a member of the Board of Directors for South Shore Habitat for Humanity and a member of the Marshfield Housing Partnership to ensure affordable housing.

Robert Drake |

Bob Drake began working with Coldwell Banker as a Technology Instructor in 2005. Bob is responsible for conducting general hands-on technology training and specific technology training support of New Agent Training programs at the Canton Training Facility, and for in-office technical training visits in the offices south of Boston. Prior to 2005, Bob has worked as a paralegal with an emphasis on creating and designing marketing materials. He also has freelanced as an independent web developer, concentrating in graphic design and database integration. Bob has brought a background of training, community and team-building to this position. He is a strong advocate of creatively using technology to simplify our work lives.

Lesli Woodruff is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Beverly, Massachusetts office.
Lesli holds a BSBA from Boston University, and was originally licensed in real estate in Boston in 1991, joining Coldwell Banker on the North Shore in early 2003.
Having spent most of her non-real estate career in database, direct response and promotional marketing, managing marketing programs and the development of interactive systems for high-tech (and low-tech) clients, Lesli has over 15 years of experience with databases, spreadsheets and a multitude of business applications. She brings to the CBRB training department a background in creating presentations and marketing materials, writing technical program specifications and user manuals, training users on systems developed by her team, and helping individuals understand how to use their computers to their advantage. In addition to her technical training experience, Lesli was an inline skating instructor in the mid-90s, running corporate clinics and private classes for clients throughout the greater-Boston area.
Lesli is an Accredited Buyer Representative and a Coldwell Banker Certified Negotiation Specialist.
