Client Services Representative - Mortgage - Full Time
Reporting to Senior Vice President of Corporate and Relocation Mortgage Services, the candidate will offer sales support for Department loan officers. Duties include running DU submissions for pre-approvals, entering loans into Dynatek, interfacing with customers and operations staff on approval conditions, preparing and sending application packages, and preparing marketing materials for loan officer presentations and mailings This position has traditionally been viewed as a stepping stone into sales

We are one of the largest purchase money lenders in New England and a joint venture partner with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Successful candidates should possess 2+ years of mortgage banking experience. Computer and public speaking skills are a necessity. Professional mortgage training preferred. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced real estate and mortgage environment. These are commission based positions with unlimited earning potential.
