Seeking a positive upbeat professional who understands the dynamics and demands of on-site sales. Must be a team player, computer literate, able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, have exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, closing, and marketing skills; and one who believes in thorough customer care. Responsibilities will include: Developing and participating in marketing/selling strategies. Following standard operating procedures in all sales and back office activities. Planning and participating in Community Outreach events. Understanding the competitive marketplace monitoring marketing, traffic, pricing and sales. Participate in training and team building activities. Interact with developers, and team members. Provide timely, consistent and first class follow through to customers from point of sale to post closing for all phases until completion of project. Licensed Massachusetts Realtor. Prior sales experience required.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and Sales Associates, as well as act as liaison with home office. Skills needed for this position are terrific people skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent PC skills in Microsoft Excel and Word required plus ability to quickly learn additional programs. Attention to detail while dealing with interruptions a must! Real Estate background would be a plus but not required. Duties include but are not limited to answering incoming calls, processing deals in our financial system, as well as preparing escrow deposits & releases, commission statements and running reports. Maintain Listing & Sales files. Prepare CMA¿s as required. Weekly Budget tracking, review financials with manager if applicable. Prepare expense reports for manager and coordinate newspaper advertising weekly.
