Massachusetts Real Estate License Course |
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires candidates to complete an exam preparation course with an accredited school in order to sit for the state exam. For a salesperson's license you must complete 24 hours of class room time. For a broker's license, you must complete 30 hours of classroom time.

New Hampshire Real Estate License Course |
New Hampshire requires candidates to complete a 40 hour exam preparation course with an approved school in order to sit for the state exam. Our format allows students to complete the entire program in just 1 month.

New Hampshire Real Estate Licensing Exam
Once you pass your Real Estate Pre-Licensing Exam with a score of 70%
or better you can take your state licensing exam.
The exam is administered by the Applied Measurement Professionals,
Inc. (AMP). An application for the exam can be found on www.goamp.com.
To apply, please complete the application and send it to the New Hampshire
Real Estate Commission along with the examination fee.

Massachusetts Brokers Courses |
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage School
offers the 30 Hour Brokers License Course in
multiple locations.
Prerequisite per MA Law: "Broker Candidates
must have been licensed as an active Massachusetts
salesperson and affiliated with a Massachusetts
real estate broker for at least one year at
a minimum of 25 hours per week. The experience
requirement must be no more than two years old
when the exam is taken".
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires
students fulfill 30 hours of class exam preparation
to sit for the state exam. Students MUST attend
the entire class to receive their education
certificate; students are strongly encouraged
to attend the entire class consecutively.
