Massachusetts Real Estate License Course |
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires candidates to complete an exam preparation course with an accredited school in order to sit for the state exam. For a salesperson's license you must complete 24 hours of class room time. For a broker's license, you must complete 30 hours of classroom time.

New Hampshire Real Estate License Course |
New Hampshire requires candidates to complete a 40 hour exam preparation course with an approved school in order to sit for the state exam. Our format allows students to complete the entire program in just 1 month.
New Hampshire Real Estate Licensing Exam
Once you pass your Real Estate Pre-Licensing Exam with a score of 70%
or better you can take your state licensing exam.
The exam is administered by the Applied Measurement Professionals,
Inc. (AMP). An application for the exam can be found on www.goamp.com.
To apply, please complete the application and send it to the New Hampshire
Real Estate Commission along with the examination fee.

The State of Maine requires candidates to complete a 55 hour exam preparation course in order to sit for the state exam. The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Real Estate School is an accredited school offering 'Live' instruction courses. These classes are designed to be interactive and interesting so students retain the information needed to pass their exams.
Maine Real Estate Licensing Exam
If you passed your Real Estate Pre-Licensing
Course with at 75% or better, you will
not need to take the Maine State Exam.
You will have 1 year from the date of
passing the Pre-Licensing Course to activate
your License with a Broker.
All others are required to take the Maine
State Licensing Exam.
