- Referral Associates of New England (RANE) - For New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts licensees
- Real Estate Referral (RER) - For Rhode Island licensees

| These referral networks are organizations of licensed real estate brokers and salespeople who choose not to practice real estate full time, but do identify and refer prospective buyers and sellers. Joining one of these networks gives you the opportunity to earn income from real estate referrals, without interrupting other employment or leisure time. |
Referral Associates DO:
- Receive referrals fees
- Place their referrals from anywhere to anywhere with any real estate company in North America.
- Pay only the annual membership fee of $25.00 (waived with just one placed and one closed referral a year)

- List or sell real estate
- Pay dues, belong to a real estate board or join the MLS
- Pay E & O insurance
