My business philosophy is simple - to provide exceptional service to clients throughout their home buying or selling experience. For most people, their homes are their largest and most important investment. With the challenges of an ever-changing real estate environment, it is important for them to be fully educated on current market trends, prices, and issues which affect their decisions.

Having been a full-time Broker/Manager for 40 years, I have been involved in all phases of Residential Real Estate including Listings, Sales, and Marketing. I have also worked as On-Site Sales Manager for numerous new construction subdivisions and land development as well as having been involved in Relocation and Inventory Management.
