(As a buyer's agent, the buyer does not pay a fee, rather a buyer's agent is compensated through the transaction, typically through the seller's proceeds). As a seller's agent, I protect my client's equity as if it were my own. I offer guidance and assistance on home staging and market positioning. I gain maximum exposure of my seller's listing through personal investment of time and money. I continually monitor and research to assure proper home positioning and keep lines of communication open with my clients.
