Meet Brian Gagnon!

Brian was born directly into the REO World, as his father, a dedicated and knowledgeable Real Estate Professional, had been servicing REO properties for well over 25 years. This provided Brian with the opportunity in having direct, hands on experience specifically with REO properties. Over five years ago, Brian made the official transition into the REO Industry with confidence, and has not looked back since. His professional accomplishments have earned him a well-deserved spot in the Elite Class of REO Brokers throughout the country. Brian has received GMAC Agent of the month, carries a current scorecard of 100% with Bank of America, represents GRC on Focus Groups, and has additionally spoken on panels and roundtables. Retaining the extensive knowledge and understanding of REO properties allows Brian to effectively resolve and move forward with any challenges that can arise in the REO Industry.   Today, he proudly continues his career with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, which provides him with the support, marketing advantages, and precise tools needed in order to continue expanding his services to clients.
