Personal and Business Philosophy

Being a true Maine native, nobody understands our state’s slogan “Maine, the Way Life Should Be” better than I do! I was born and raised in Portland, spent my early adult years living in Old Orchard Beach, then bought my first home on the Saco River in Standish where my wife and I lived for almost 20 years. We now live in Portland again, where we have restored our dream home, a historic John Calvin Stevens home in the Baxter Boulevard neighborhood. It’s important to love where you live and Maine has so many great locations!

I believe in providing quality service and have built a strong network through this philosophy- Treat people right and they’ll come back, and they will tell their friends! During my 20 years in leading sales & marketing teams in the communications industry, I have been honored with multiple awards for providing quality service and exceeding sales goals and targets- this dedication to my customer's needs has also been effective with my real estate clients.

I love real estate! I have 20 years of personal real estate investment and property management experience -including extensive building and remodeling. My personal experience and first hand knowledge allow me to understand what questions my clients may have, what help they need navigating the process and allow me to truly assist them with buying and/or selling real estate.

I enjoy spending my personal time doing home improvements, song writing, playing guitar, riding my motorcycle, boating, cooking, playing with my dog and entertaining friends.
