The most important aspect of being a Realtor is listening to my clients. I really enjoy meeting new clients and learning about them- each has their own plans, concerns, ideas and wishes. They may be a buyer looking for a new home, a vacation home, a first home; or they may be a seller looking to move to a larger home, to downsize to a smaller home or to move to a new town. By listening to my clients wants and needs, and by providing knowledgeable information and up to date market data I am able to help them find their new home or develop the right marketing plan to sell their home. We will work together to reach the best possible outcome for their transaction.

As a full time agent I am flexible, efficient and effective. To be proficient at my job requires expertise- knowledge of the area, the current market, emerging technology, as well as patience and skill-both in handling the intricacies of each transaction and completing the sale competently. I continue to take classes to keep informed of the latest trends in real estate and Coldwell Banker has the best training and technology resources available in the industry.

In my business, as an independent contractor, I know if I help you to reach your goal I will gain your confidence and trust. My business will then be successful-with future referrals, testimonials and a long term relationship. It is not strictly a transactional business, it is a forever business.

Personal Background

I have been a full time resident of Sandwich for over 20 years, a resident of the Lakes Region for over 25 years and a summer resident of the Squam Lake area all my life. I have a great love for Sandwich, my family history in Sandwich goes back many generations - my father, grandfather and great grandmother spent their summers in Sandwich. I have also lived in Cape Elizabeth, on the coast of Maine, for 12 years.

I have held many positions: software trainer, HR Representative for a large corporation, office manager for a nonprofit, and a bookkeeper for an amphibious airplane manufacturer. My husband and I own a manufacturer’s representative business in the hearth, patio and barbeque industry.
