Personal Background

I enjoyed a 24-year career with American Airlines in many positions, including computer analyst, computer instructor, sales and marketing rep, and project manager for a joint venture with Al Nipon Airways of Japan. During this time I gained valuable experience in contract negotiations, customer service, sales, marketing, inter-personal skills, and management skills.
