HomeBase Transaction Management

The HomeBaseSM transaction management system is an exclusive online tool for accessing and reviewing your real estate purchase or sale.

You are provided access to a personal account where you will have an instant view of critical documents and key tasks associated with your real estate transaction. From start to finish, this Web-based system provides you with a safe, secure and user-friendly communication and documentation platform.

Ask your sales associate for a personal HomeBaseSM system account. HomeBaseSM is available exclusively to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage clients and customers.

HomeBaseSM System Access

For security purposes, your access information will arrive in three separate emails from
1. Log on to
2. Enter the Login provided in the first email.
3. Enter the password provided in the second email.
4. You will be prompted to Accept Terms of Use Agreement.
5. Choose and answer three security questions.
6. Create your own password of 8 or more characters.
7. Click “Submit”.

Home Page

View Announcements, Appointments, Property Information and your Transaction(s).
My Profile: View and edit contact information as well as change your password.


View documents that have been uploaded. You may upload select documents following these steps:
  • Click “Upload” link.
  • Enter Document Title.
  • Click “Browse” to select and upload the document.
  • Click “Upload”


Click “Activities” tab to view current transaction tasks and their status. When “Update” link appears, you may update status.


Use to send and receive messages from your Sales Associate
Note: Messages are not Internet email messages and can only be managed/viewed within the messaging feature in the HomeBaseSM system. To receive an email notification, select “Notify Upon Messaging Delivery” in “My Profile”.


Click on Company or Representative link to view contact information. To view service orders, click “View All Services” link. To add other services or companies, ask your sales associate to set this up.
