View documents that have been uploaded. You may upload select documents following these steps:
- Click “Upload” link.
- Enter Document Title.
- Click “Browse” to select and upload the document.
- Click “Upload”
Click “Activities” tab to view current transaction tasks and their status. When “Update” link appears, you may update status.
Use to send and receive messages from your Sales Associate
Note: Messages are not Internet email messages and can only be managed/viewed within the messaging feature in the HomeBaseSM system. To receive an email notification, select “Notify Upon Messaging Delivery” in “My Profile”.
Click on Company or Representative link to view contact information. To view service orders, click “View All Services” link. To add other services or companies, ask your sales associate to set this up.
